Andrea is the founder and strategic leader of Maison Glamour et Grâce, bringing more than 17 years of experience across learning and development, instructional technology, leadership, technology implementation and workforce capability development. She leads the company’s vision at the intersection of emerging technology, drone and UAS education, AI, workforce development, aerial services and strategic partnerships.

Her background in education, enterprise technology, learning strategy and real estate supports Maison’s multidisciplinary approach to connecting technology with practical applications, career pathways and business opportunities.

Georgetta J. Davis

Director of Workforce Development & Strategic Partnerships

Georgetta brings more than 20 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning technology, workforce development, education, program administration, training, mental health and community engagement. Her corporate experience includes systems engineering, business analysis, project management, technology implementation and training, supporting organizations including Allstate, Ameritech, IBM Partner Support and Peoples Gas.

At Maison Glamour et Grâce, Georgetta leads workforce-development initiatives, program design, grant development, compliance, community partnerships and career-pathway strategy. Her experience designing programs for youth, adults, educators, families and underserved communities helps connect drone and emerging-technology training with employability skills, career exploration and sustainable workforce opportunities.

Gregory Baptiste

Director of Aviation Systems & Data Operations

Gregory brings more than a decade of aviation technology, data analytics and operational support experience to Maison Glamour et Grâce. Since 2014, he has worked as a Data Analyst with Panasonic Avionics, supporting In-Flight Entertainment and Global Communication Services for United Airlines.

His work spans operational performance analysis, serviceability tracking, maintenance planning, inventory management, technical issue resolution, airline and supplier coordination, incident management and statistical reporting. He regularly works across engineering teams, airline stakeholders, third-party suppliers and OEMs to resolve complex technical issues, minimize system downtime and maintain service performance.

Gregory’s earlier experience in application and production support at Walgreens and technical support at Comcast adds a strong foundation in root-cause analysis, enterprise systems, testing, networking, customer support and troubleshooting.

At Maison Glamour et Grâce, Gregory helps guide the technical infrastructure behind the company’s UAS operations, aerial mapping and geospatial workflows, equipment readiness, data management, quality assurance and scalable operating processes.

Imani Davis

Director of Creative Operations & Logistics

Imani supports the operational, logistics and creative execution of Maison Glamour et Grâce. His experience in high-volume fulfillment operations, combined with his developing career in operations management, positions him to help build scalable processes for field operations, equipment coordination, aerial-media production, logistics and future technology services.

After approximately three years as a Fulfillment Associate with Amazon, Imani is moving into an Operations Management Trainee role with Ryder, strengthening his experience in transportation, logistics, process management and operational leadership. Beginning in spring 2027, he will also pursue a master’s degree in Management at the University of Illinois.

Adrianna Baptiste

Sports Media & Marketing Lead

Adrianna supports Maison Glamour et Grâce’s sports, media, marketing and emerging-technology initiatives. Her academic focus in sports business and her experience within Arizona State University’s Athletics Department provide an important connection between Maison’s aerial-media capabilities and opportunities across sports, venues, events, fan engagement and digital storytelling.

Her perspective also helps Maison explore how drone technology can connect with sports business through aerial content, facility and venue visualization, event media, marketing, emerging sports technology and future career pathways.
